Decent and quick service. Brought our Telsa, because it was super dirty. They missed a few interior areas, back window and between the console of the front seats, as well as on the front bumper and hood. I might be back.
Staff is awesome. However I have refused to go back since the owners are more concerned with money rather than employee safety. The employees are in 100 degree weather with no shade, often working more than 8 hours in the hot sun. No place for employees to take breaks, nor a place for customers out of the sun. SHAME ON THE OWNERS FOR BEING SO GREEDY.
Seriously, when I get back to my car I expect it to be spotless (no hair, no tiny stones from shoes, no dust, no leaves,... nothing), even under the seats and in the boot! How difficult it is to move the seat to and fro and vacuum underneath, and open up a boot?! Such sloppy work, I can't believe it!
It seems like all these (instant) car washes have two things in common: do it fast and do it half-arsed. Do as many cars as you can in as little time as possible, no matter if you do it poorly - they obviously don't get enough complaints.
Avoid them if possible.
I really don't know anymore what it takes in the Bay Area to get your car properly washed and cleaned. I guess I should just do it myself next time and get the results I'm expecting. I'm not sorry that I'm used to far better car cleaning for a lot less (and I am willing to pay more, just to get the job properly and I mean *properly* done).
The staff is very friendly and caring. They know you by face. I am a regular visitor here. If you take a membership, its not expensive for the kind of cleaning you get. I love their work. Would like to give more stars but only 5 is allowed by google.
Do not go here. Especially if you have a black car. They are clueless on how to wash cars properly. Their VIP membership is a scam and they end up charging you monthly with no explanation. The receipt states it will expire in 30 days. I just went in to cancel my membership and asked for a refund. I am now waiting to hear back from Yoan. Terrible service.
The front of the car still had remnants of flies and dust after(!) washing. They didn't bother moving our things (a cable, an empty box for groceries in the boot, and a water bottle in the side pocket) and cleaning underneath them, not to mention vacuuming under the seat or in the boot. Obviously they've never heard of such a thing.
The prices for cleaning your vehicle here are steep ($20, without tip, for basic cleaning)! We paid extra, just to have the inside of the car and the boot properly cleaned (additional $25). Again, no luck. If you only care to have the surface cleaned (where your eyes linger most - dash, windshield and seats), then it's okay, otherwise find a different place.
The lines are indeed very long, and you'd expect to wait at least an hour or more to get your car back with that many people (I'm used to leaving my car at a proper car wash for 4 hours, to get it cleaned as it should be). Nope. We got ours back in less than 20 minutes (I timed it on purpose), even with that "extra attention" we paid for.
We gave them a chance - not once, but four times! No more. We've had it! We're not coming back. We're gonna try hard to find someplace that's not as sloppy and does not overcharge for poor service.
