FYI- originally this person told me her name was Jen, and that's not her real name. When I went back to the store I found out her name was really Jess. So Jess provides poor customer service and then lies about her name so she can't get in trouble. Wow. I'll be waiting for karma to pay her a visit. Also, the other employees at this store (Brittany and Lauren) were trying to defend her and not give out her real name (all they said was that her name wasn't Jen). Then they continued to be difficult with my requested transaction, even though a person from the corporate office had called them earlier and told them to take care of my transaction. After reading reviews for this location and Walnut Creek, I'm shocked that the store hasn't done anything to hire more quality people. It's a shame because it's the largest teen clothing store in the area but it has the worst employees I've ever dealt with at a retail store.

Love this store. Brian went the extra mile for me and my bf. I wanted a pair of boots and they didn't have my size. He remembered they had just gotten shipment and looked a second time to double check. Luckily he found the pair and size I needed. After getting home and trying them on I noticed I should have gotten the next size. I called and Brian helped me yet again and put what I needed on hold. Thanks for helping a needy customer!! Oh and the girl who checked us out was a total bish. Had no personality and was obvi just there for the check.
There is a store manager here named "Jess" who refused to give out her last name, but swears she is the manager of this store and the Walnut Creek store. Absolutely horrible person who has no idea what good customer service is- she refused to honor a price adjustment after employees in her store had told me that they would honor it (I told them I had forgotten the coupon when I made the original purchase, and they said it was no issue, just come back with the receipt). I have had price adjustments like this before at this store and the Walnut Creek store, and no one has ever given me a hard time, so the issue is with this "Jess" store manager. Only shop here if Jess is not there. And people wonder why people would rather buy stuff on line vs dealing with a brick and motor store- SMH...
The manager Brian is rude and I heard him talking about a little girls "goofy looks" to another associate! Very innapropriate! I will not return.
