Financing was easy and Dublin Nissan was so happy to work with our bank with out hassle or additional cost.

I tried to get compensation from Dublin Nissan, managers promised to me to talk to GM but probably he did not find this matter worthy attention. My attempts to connect to this GM were rejected under various pretexts. I left a complaint on Nissan site and after a while, I got a call from Nissan USA and the very displeased woman explained to me that I should send her all documents related to the car and describe all the phone calls I made then she will be collecting information from the dealership and Nissan road service and if all is matches she will be able to pay but only the expenses which are proven by receipts. Certainly, I had no wish to work for Nissan, because my time and my nerves cost more than the money I lost.

After having a not so good experience at another car lot, Ray at Dublin Nissan showed us amazing service and care. He didn't place any pressure or try to sell us something we didn't want. He gave us space to make our decisions but was readily available to answer questions.

We look forward to our long relationship we will have with Dublin Nissan as we will for sure have our vehicle serviced by them as well.

In two days after the purchase after a short stop in Oakland, I could not start the engine because the battery was completely discharged. I called to Dublin Nissan and they said that I should call to Nissan Road Assistance Service which is free for me as for an owner of Nissan certified car (more precisely I had already paid for it when I buy the car). Operators of this Nissan emergency service dropped the line twice during call transferring after they took from me all the information including VIN number, driving license number, my phone number etc.... and nobody called me back! Since in about one hour, I needed to take my child from elementary school and there was huge traffic between Oakland and Pleasanton, I had to leave the car and ride a taxi which cost me 100$. Later I got assistance from a local service in Oakland, that cost me 145$.

Note: you won't be able to use the chargers after business hours, they are inside the parking lot.

Great customer service. Better than the Hayward Nissan Dealership. Laken, I believe was her name, was very nice to me and helped me through the process. Great customer service and did the job quickly and efficiently. Will come back if my car has an issue.

I bought certified used NISSAN Murano at this place. During the test drive, the engine couldn't be started because of a dead battery. The manager did "jump start" and promised me to replace the battery. When I take the car I asked whether the battery had been replaced and the manager answered that "certainly".

We had an excellent experience at Dublin Nissan. We live 3 hours away from their location. We saw they had a vehicle we were interested in on the lot and gave them a call. We spoke with Steve on the phone and he was most helpful and kind. They were able to handle a lot of the transaction over the phone so we could make the decision on if we should make the drive. I got top dollar for my trade and got financing very easy. We had a great experience and we will be looking here first on our next vehicle purchase.

I had to use their DC fast charger to charge my 2011 Leaf. They directed me to it, and were very friendly. I had a nice chat about the upcoming 2018 Leaf with one of the sales staff behind the desk. They even offered me coffee while I was waiting.

There is a good Indian restaurant and some other shops just around the corner (see Google).

My congrats to Dublin Nissan and Nissan, they made several hundred bucks on me and earned zero rank. Enchanting idiots. Avoid.

They have one DC quick charger (CHAdeMO, charged at 380V. It took about 50 minutes (charge is limited to 30 minutes per cycle) to go from 5 miles to 60 miles range (24 KWH battery pack).

They have 3 more chargers at different locations around the building. These are slow chargers, I think they are 220V. I don't know if they are available for customers to use.
