The sales person prejudged that I am not going to buy.
His behavior and response to each of our doubt was humiliating.
He asked more question to us than a immigration officer and wanted to me show proof. All these questions he asked was before even we decide which car. I had enough, bid good bye.
The management is very professional and the sales people, for the most part, do not use high pressure tactics. If you get a sales person you don't like, just ask to speak to someone else.
Jerry is an excellent car salesman. We have bought 2 cars from him and both times we had great experience. He’s professional, patient and willing to help. I would remcommend him to all my friends and family!
Totally bad experience....the salesman (Adair) don't even know the car well enough to show it. And when I called to make an offer, he didn't even call me back. Since I was mistreated from this dealership, I purchase my car at Hayward Honda. Hayward Honda salesman really showed respect to me and work hard to get the deal. I will definitely let all my friends know about this dealership and the salesman. IF YOU ARE READING THIS , DON'T GO THERE.
He was not interested even in talking to us. Told us to chose the car from the lot buy our self and he cant guide us. After we chose the car, he wanted us to sign the credit application before we talk anything else.
So far, Hayward Honda and Livermore Honda are both good.
I can even tell the name of the sales guy, but he should be a family and I don't want to spoil his career.
I just wanted to make people aware, that Dublin Honda is the worst place to go to purchase a car! Do not be fooled that they are trustworthy and actually want to do business ethically, they want whatever is good to them. Everyone around us who were trying to purchase a car ended up leaving as well because of the bad experience they had. The Sales/Finance managers are idiots and I can go on and on how useless they are. I left and went to Livermore Honda and got the exact car I wanted for a way better deal. Save yourself some time and energy and stay away from this Honda dealership!
This is a really nice dealership. The facilities are all new, the service department is clean and well organized and they have a nice car wash on site.
I straight away went to other maker near by and bought the car right away and drove home the same day. Thanks to him for humiliating me and my friends.
